Bible Study – Come and See

October 2022 through May 2023

Purpose: Great news! This year, Fr. Matt DeGance, our very own pastor offers commentary and insights in the videos on “1 and 2 Corinthians.” St. Helen’s Bible Studies enable men, women, and teens to study Sacred Scripture, using the “Come and See ~ Catholic Bible Study,” the Bible, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. All groups will study “1 and 2 Corinthians” in 2022-2023.

Responsibilities: Pray to the Holy Spirit, watch a 25-minute video presentation, and then go over your answers to the home study questions in a small group discussion. Books are available for $25 and scholarships are available. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

Time Commitment: Each weekly session, from October to April, is about an hour to 75 minutes. Participants also spend some time at home, praying, studying, and preparing for next week’s lesson.

Women:

Morning sessions are Tuesdays from 9:15 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the CLC.
