KIWANIS YOUTH IN ACTION

 PLEASE JOIN US FOR A PROJECT

 Youth 13 and up and adults willing to work with youth

 (We need adults to work with the youth who have experience doing yard work, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry and painting)

 Youth In Action Days

January 27, 2018 – Meet at St. Helen Dirt Parking Lot

March 3, 2018 – Meet at St. Helen Dirt Parking Lot

May 5, 2018 – Island Clean Up – Meet at Boat Dock by Dog Park

October 2018 – Meet at St. Helen Dirt Parking Lot

8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We will be doing painting, clean up and small home repairs

(If you know of anyone needing our assistance that owns their own house or trailer, please let us know)

Please wear work clothes, and bring paint brushes and gloves

NO FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN TOED SHOES ALLOWED / WORK BOOTS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

St. Helen Youth on a Mission

Purpose: Provide an opportunity for youth in grades 7-12 and young adults to focus on their relationship with the church, God, and one another as they work physically and spiritually to help those who need our services. Academy, Summer Mission Trip and FUNDraising activities throughout the year.

Talents Needed: Highly dedicated adults who demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and devote their time and energy by being present to the needs of the teens.

When: Service dates are Jan. 27, Mar. 3, April 28, May 5 and Oct TBD. Get involved with Kiwanis Service Days.

Where: Upper Room, Christian Living Center
