I believe in God, the
Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ,
His only Son, our Lord: Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born
of the Virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified,
died and was buried. He descended into hell; the third day He rose
again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, is seated at the right
hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge
the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy
Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen |

O my God, I am heartily
sorry for having offended You and I detest all my sins, because I
dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all
because they offend you, my God, who are all good and deserving of
all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to
confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life. Amen
|
