Serra Club of the Indian River Area
Serra Club of Indian River Area will have our monthly Mass and dinner on Monday, March 28th, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner and our guest speaker in the Parish Hall. Our guest this month will be Fr. Jim Brucz. He will be sharing his ministry with the Paulist Fathers and tell us about the plans they have for the future. You don’t want to miss his message. The cost of the dinner is $25 and reservations can be made by calling by Friday, March 25th.
Purpose: Our mission is to foster, support, and retain vocations to the Catholic priesthood, consecrated religious life (nuns and brothers) and the permanent deaconate.
- Second Wednesday of each month: attend 8:30 a.m. Mass at St. Helen church followed by breakfast at C.J. Cannon’s restaurant (year round).
- Fourth Tuesday of each month (October – April): 6:00 p.m. Mass at Holy Cross Church followed by dinner with a speaker at Holy Cross Parish Center.
Talents Needed: Strong interest in supporting vocations.
Time Commitment: Pray daily for vocations. One morning and one evening per month.
